3. Apple cider vinegar
I found this product was amazingly wonderful for natural toner. It’s not only for acne skin like mine but I think for all kind of skin. In the winter, tonner is really important to balance your skin after you clean it. It makes your skin absorbing more moisturizer you apply after washing it.
This amazing product is super cheap comparing with toner you find at department store, beside it is alcohol and chemical free. I worth seven bucks for I don’t know how long if you just used it for toner, because mind I use it cook either so I feel that it is super cheap.
What I did to make it as toner was put two table spoon of apple cider vinegar to 60ml bottle then pour the water until it’s full. This toner will last for two weeks if you use it for day and night. It is refreshing yet a bit smelly like vinegar but don’t worry the smell will disappear less than 10 minutes.

4. Neutrogena moisturizer
I did use Burt bees’ sensitive moisturizer before but when it come drier it doesn’t work anymore, thus I move to Neutrogena. I choose the sensitive one just because it will make my skin worse if I use the acne series. Acne series usually make your skin drier. It will be fine on summer when the humidity is not too extreme for your skin, but on winter I prefer to use the sensitive one to moist my skin.
For my pimple, I will use either one of these to make solve the break out:
- Nutmeg, ground cinnamon, and honey then apply it on affected area every night.
- Put tooth paste and apply it on affected area every night (not really works on mine but works for my friend)
- Apple cider vinegar and Indian healing mud mask apply it every other day.
- Lemon and baking soda, apply it every other day.
- If you have quite good budget you can just simply buy clinic spot gel. It is quite expensive but worth to use.
I do still have pimples every time I get my period but it won’t really break outs after that. The simplest one of course by using clinic which worth about 25 bucks for I predict 3-4 month if you have super severe pimples, but my favorite one is nutmeg, ground cinnamon, and honey because it is cheap and feel great for me both the smell and the effect on my skin. You can use it too as your natural mask for every other day or twice a week depend on how severe your acne is but trust me it does really good on me. And I think it worth to try too.
