The Plight of Palestinian Children

On the dusty and silent streets,

They walked with restless hearts,

but their determination remained steadfast,

relentless.

Among the ruins and debris of wars

They did themselves from loud noises

Their smiles are obscured by the shadows of sorrow,

but love and hope still tight.

Palestinian children, oh.. how heavy is your pain

Your story is a gaping wound in the heart

but in the darkness, you shine,

as a hope for a better future.
