Fablab Edu UPI December Workshop

In December 2024, Fablab held a workshop for Chemistry Education students. This workshop combined two courses: Chemistry Learning Videos and Polymer Chemistry. Students were tasked with designing educational media, puzzles, or games. The workshop spanned several weeks, from early to late December.

Students that enrolled in the Chemistry Learning Videos course are more focused on documenting how to operate the machines, they are using Laser Cutters, UV Printers, and 3D Printers, but they are also creating chemistry learning media. Then the video results were presented to their classmates and instructors. Meanwhile, Some of Polymer Chemistry students designed educational media and games using the same machines, creating models for Hybridization of Atomic Orbitals, Atomic Radius, and Solar Cell, while the other students designed Puzzle games and Monopoly. These projects will then be presented as the course closure.
