Humans are living creatures who in their daily lives face various activities and relationships with other living creatures, so they definitely have various dynamics and problems that must be faced. The causes of problems encountered by humans are definitely varied, including love, work, and even family. In facing a problem, people have different steps, even the attitude shown when someone encounters a problem can also be different, for example being brave enough to face it or even avoid it. 

If you imagine that life is without problems, then everything will feel easier and more beautiful. Humans can be free from all difficulties if there is no problem. However, is it true that living without problems is better than living with several problems? Can't challenges in life make people better?

A problem that is well organized will actually be able to make people think about solving problems and making new changes in their lives so as not to repeat the same problems. Problems are usually interpreted as things that are detrimental or hinder human life, but if you think about it from a positive side, problems can influence the way humans develop in several ways, for example character and skills. When there is a problem, humans will think about how to deal with it, starting from processing emotional skills, processing decision making, even managing fear, which as a result will make humans more confident in making decisions.

Apart from that, the problems faced by humans can also encourage changes in humans, from things that are detrimental to them. For example, when someone experiences problems in the work environment because they are too quiet and cannot socialize, then that person will learn to improve themselves by improving their communication methods and being more appreciative of the presence of other people in the work environment. This gives an idea that a troublesome shock or problem can create new changes for a person in a better direction.
