I just always hear and hear if a public relations is the richest people on the communication world. But now, I begin to understand about the real of a public relations world. There is one definition that help me to understand about it. Public Relations (PR) is a management function that helps achives organizational objectives, define philosophy and facilitate organizational change. Public relations practitioners communicate with all relevant internal and external publics to develop positive relationship and create concistency and evaluate organizational goals and societal expectations. Public relations practitioners develop, execute, and evaluate organizational programs that promote the exchange of influence and understanding among an organizations constituent parts and publics (Otin Baskin, et.al, 1997:5). By the definition, we can conclude if a publicrelationsis an essential part of the corporationbecause they are a good image maker of their corporation. Therefore, they always should be neatly dressed but of course it just depend on the condition. For example if they stay on their office, they have to wear a blazer, high heels, a coat, a tie, and the other accessories of the officeclothes. But when they execute the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) programs they should be conforms to their new environment, for example they stay on the agriculturalareas they should be like as a farmer, so simple and earthy. Day by day I learn about publicrelations, that makes me think about what is that I want to do by my subject?. And now, I am sure if I want to be a publicrelations. I begin to learning about press release, public speaking, marketing, appearance, and also study chases. I want to be a PR. Why?...because I think and I feel, this is my real subject. I really love an analysis, especially media chases, like as complaints, research and development, issues, crisis, public speaking, and soon. And that is all about a public relations material. But, it just the way to be a public relations in the generally term. There are anyother thing that I want to reach after becoming a public relations. Yeahh, I want to be a public relations for everyone with any conditions, especially the mentally disabled people like as a down syndromesufferer, because I have a nephew who suffer it. You know, he is so difficult to communicating with other. Why?..because he has an abnormality on his nerves that makes him so difficult to talk clearly. Just not it, he also has a difficulty to remember everyword that he ever hear, so as the result he just can speak at will. And sometimes it makes the people around of him so confuse what does he talk actually?. How a pity he is. Everyone has a right to speak, but how about the people like as my nephew?. They cannot speak well like us. So, this is our duty to help them. Because we are a public relations, and communication is the essential part of our job. We should be understand everything of communication. Just not make the interesting communication with our clients and make a good image for our corporation, but also we should be communicating with everyone include the difable, for example the mentally disabled people. In this conclution, the most important thing that should be have by a public relations or PR is their ability to communicate with the other people anything about the communican condition. That is mean the communican include the difable. And, a public relations should be have an ability for making a good relationship with the other too.
