1. Limited Budget: Many schools struggle to meet operational needs due to insufficient funding.  

2. Lack of Managerial Training: School principals and education administrators often lack adequate training in administration.  

3. Complex Bureaucracy: Complicated administrative procedures often delay decision-making.  

4. Minimal Use of Technology: Many educational institutions have yet to maximize the use of technology in administration.  

Strategies to Improve the Effectiveness of Education Administration

To address these challenges, the following steps can be taken:  

1. Digitalizing Administration: Implementing technology-based management systems, such as school management applications, can enhance efficiency.  

2. Continuous Training: Providing managerial training for school principals and administrative staff to improve their competencies.  

3. Increasing Transparency: Creating accessible financial reports and program evaluations to boost accountability.  

4. Collaborating with Stakeholders: Engaging parents, the government, and the community in education management to foster positive synergy.
