Education is a foundation for individual development. It is an effort to enable people to develop their potential through the learning process and other known ways that are recognized by the community. Through this learning process, people can explore their potential and gain extensive and recognized knowledge of society. Knowledge is like a lamp that illuminates human roads in the learning process. This is the key to achieving success in the world of education.  the contribution of education to the establishment of an uncontested nation. The advancement of the Indonesian people as a whole is greatly aided by education. For long-term growth, education management must so concentrate on bringing about constructive improvements. The Latin words for "helping" and "serving" are part of the word administration. This demonstrates that administration is a process that seeks to assist and benefit others in accomplishing shared objectives. Thus, administration is a useful process that serves, guides, and manages activities to accomplish objectives. In many facets of life, including offices, organizations, and schools, administration is evident. Managing student registration, creating the class plan, and assigning assignments are a few instances of administrative tasks in school. To plan and raise the standard of education, the stakeholders in the education administration collaborate.

A teacher is defined as a person whose job it is to teach, according to the large Indonesian dictionary. In the book "Professional Teachers and Curriculum Implementation," Syafrudin Nurdin and Basyirudin Usman cite Benaldi Sutadipura as saying that teachers are deserving of respect and should serve as role models for their students. This perspective has shaped the societal belief that a teacher sets an example that pupils should emulate in all facets of their lives. High self-esteem and intelligence in all areas---intellectual, emotional, and spiritual---are expected of a teacher. Miftahul Ulum's book "Teacher Professional Profession" states that an educator's job is to guide pupils toward living more appropriately within their own lives. This demonstrates that an educator's duty extends beyond the classroom and includes assisting pupils in comprehending and navigating life in general. Teachers are also expected to be friends with their students. This demonstrates the significance of the emotional bond between teachers and students, in which teachers are viewed by students as trustworthy, approachable, and people they can talk to in addition to being authoritative figures. It is anticipated that a positive relationship between teachers and students will make learning more efficient and enjoyable for everyone. Teaching is a career that demands specialized abilities that those who lack the qualifications to become teachers cannot perform. A competent teacher needs to be well-versed in education and learning, as well as a number of allied sciences. Prior to employment, this job also necessitates coaching and development through particular education or training. Professional instructors who are committed to fulfilling their responsibilities to instruct, educate, and mentor the country's future generation act as a torch that illuminates the students' way. Every student's best character and potential can be developed by the teacher with love and care, preparing them for a bright future. The teaching and learning process, evaluation, counseling, research, and community service are all under the purview of professional educators. The emphasis is more on scientific subjects in college. Students are able to select extracurricular activities under the advice of their teachers. The behavior required of the teacher is the function of the educator. while doing his responsibilities as a teacher. Because they assist students in realizing their full potential, instructors play a crucial role in education. Because every person is distinct and has different demands, the teacher not only teaches but also attends to the students' individuality. Students' interests, talents, abilities, and potential can all develop to their full potential with the support of their professors, assisting them in reaching their life goals. Teachers are heroes who contribute significantly to the advancement of education because of their involvement in the educational system. The key to the growth and future of the Indonesian nation will be the quality of education that is improved by the teacher. All administrative duties pertaining to the teaching and learning process at the school must be handled by the teacher. Teachers have a critical role in the advancement of education. The function of the instructor is still vital despite technological advancements. They are the primary source of unreleased knowledge. Without them, the learning process won't be as effective as it could be. The scientific discipline of school administration seeks to enhance, advance, and control educational activities within the school setting. Daryanto asserts that school administration can also be seen as an attempt to control instruction. One tool used to manage schools is administration. Collaboration between school leaders, teachers, and other staff members is a key component of school administration. In order to incorporate more than just the principle and accountable administrative personnel, Norman Dodl suggested that teachers take an active role in school management. This enables teachers to gain a more comprehensive understanding of their students beyond the typical classroom encounters. Additionally, Usman disclosed that a teacher's role as an administrator included the following:
(a) taking initiative, providing guidance and evaluation for educational activities,
(b) representing those in the teacher's school environment becoming members of a society,
(c) subject-matter experts,
(d) enforcing discipline,
(e) putting education administration into practice,
(f) the leader of the younger generation, because in the hands of the fate of a generation in the future, and
(g) Giving the public false information about how the world is progressing.
The teacher's duties as an administrator include overseeing several crucial areas of the school, including:
1.Learning administration includes creating learning plans, evaluating students' progress, and creating learning reports.
2. Financial Administration: Create financial statements, oversee the class budget, and submit a funding request.
3. Staffing Administration: Oversee staff and teacher data, help in hiring, and address staffing issues.
4. Facilities and infrastructure administration: keep up with school facilities and infrastructure, report damage, and submit a request for items.
5. Administration-Community Relations: Establish lines of communication with local communities, school committees, and parents. As it performs its administrative responsibilities, the teacher must have several competencies, such as:
A. The capacity to plan, coordinate, oversee, and manage administrative tasks is known as managerial competence. B. Communication skills: Capable of effectively communicating with a variety of people both in writing and verbally. C. Interpersonal capability: the capacity to establish positive bonds with all individuals at school. D. Leadership Capability: Capable of inspiring and guiding people to accomplish shared objectives. E. Information Technology Capability: Capable of utilizing IT to assist with administrative tasks. Teachers are responsible for performing a variety of administrative duties at the school in their capacity as administrators. It entails managing curriculum and assessment administration as well as filling out student profiles, report cards, and lists of values. To further direct the learning process, educators should have a teaching plan, semester program, and annual program. Providing parents and the community with educational reports or report cards that provide details on student conduct and academic progress is a crucial responsibility. The accomplishment of instructional objectives and the efficient functioning of the school depend on all of these administrative duties.
