The time has come for Communication Studies students at Aisyiyah Yogyakarta University (UNISA) to arrive in the last week to assist MSMEs from Moent Chips. In implementing the Digital Marketing Program last October at Yogyakarta BUMN House, we have done branding for 1 month on Instagram Moent Chips which we have planned and realized in November.
In the fourth week on November 21-30, we will create Feed and Instastory content, we will divide it into 2, on Tuesday, Friday and Sunday we will create Feed content consisting of quotes, product advertisements and giveaways, but the giveaway does not take place then we replaced it with unique facts about the raw materials for the product, and reels in the form of the process of making the product, but this content was not broadcast by the MSME because the material in the form of tempeh was considered not fully finished. As for Instastories, we share them on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. We make Instastories including guessing pictures, polling product variants, showing product availability locations and quizzes.
Of all the overall content that we have created, almost all of which has been uploaded to Moent Keripik's Instagram, not least we have found that our followers have increased and provided feedback such as viewers reels, likes, comments, replied to messages via DM and even offered to become a reseller. The hope is that in the future we will not lose followers who gave that feedback or even become more widely known and their products are increasingly in demand.
We are very grateful to the MSMEs who have helped during the MSME mentoring process, and also to the Yogyakarta BUMN house for providing very useful material from this Batch 2 Digital Marketing Program (DMP) activity, without this activity we cannot realize it for these MSMEs.Â
