You must be very familiar when you hear "Content Marketing", what do you think of when you hear the word content marketing? some people think it's a strategy for people to sell on social media or online, not only online but also offline. So Content Marketing is a long-term strategy for building a relationship with customers by creating quality, relevant, consistent content, and according to the customer's journey.

Here is an example of Content Marketing that you need to know, namely from a series on YouTube entitled "Will it Blend?" this series sells a blender but what makes it unique is that they blend an item that tests its strength, then Worldle by NY Times is a game that can be a Content Marketing tool, and there is also Shot on iPhone which shows the advantages they have without exaggerating, and many more examples you don't know.

When creating content, you should pay attention to the temperature and stage of your target market while studying your product.

1. Cold

Cold is when the target market doesn't know our brand. At this stage, you have to introduce your product to customers and persuade them to buy it.

2.Warm

The stage where the target market already knows our brand. At this stage, we need to make our target market interested and confident to try the products we offer.

3. Hot

This phase is a situation where the target market knows and buys the products we sell. At this stage, you should offer discounts, coupons, etc. to keep customers shopping.
