It is the patience that is able to relieve but once you have been pushed into the maximum, you will go beyond your power limit.
Patience is very easy to suppose, but everyone of you can be powerless to handle troublesome situations. Furthermore, nothing that anyone around you can do but say "be patient". Then how long can you hold on when things look standing at the opposite number of yours? To answer this question you have to hold a principle that the only power you have is patience.
