National Exam In Sampoerna Academy

Sampoerna Academy is a different school. Why is Sampoerna Academy a different school? Is it because Sampoerna academy has different programs for its curriculum. Sampoerna Academy uses the American College Program for our curriculum. With this curriculum, each student needs to learn some courses related to their college. Maybe some of them think that this program will help them for their university year. Yes, but students should remember as high school students still need to face their national examinations.

Basically, the function of this national exam is to measure students' knowledge after studying hard for 3 years. But even if it is just to measure students' knowledge, they still need to prepare and practice for it. At Sampoerna academy, students focus on their accuplacer and ACP tests but some of them forget that they are still undergoing a national exam. There are also some problems they need to face in relation to this national exam. Like, they never get subjects related to national exams, they do not know what kind of questions and graduation scores, they still have so many tests they have to go through, but the tests are not related to the national exam.

So first, they never get subjects related to the national exam. At Sampoerna Academy, they have English and math as examples of their subject they need to learn. But mathematics and English are different from the normal national curriculum. Because their math topic is pre-calculus and trigonometry but in other schools, they have not learned it yet. they also have not learned anything related to math in normal school.

Secondly, they do not know what kind of questions and graduation scores for their national exam. So in this school, they have not got much preparation for our national exam and they have not discussed it in a serious time. that's why they do not know their target and the minimum score for their national exams. They know that they need to prepare it as soon as possible but they can not do anything. They do not even know what they should do for their national exams.

Third, Sampoerna college students still have to pass many tests but the exam is not related to national exam subjects. For example, students in Sampoerna their academy must pass a GED test and one of the subjects for GED is social. But social is about American history. That's very different from the national exam. In the national exam, students will not have Indonesian history as a subject. But for GED they need to know American history.

So, what should they do to help them prepare for their exams? There are several ways to help them like study groups, self-study, and try to get Bimble out of school. first, the study group because by the study group they have friends to share their ideas. So they not only get ideas from their minds, they can also have other ideas. By studying together, they can learn the material faster.

Second, even they already have study groups for their national exam, they still have to learn again by themselves. This is to help them review their material so they will have long-lasting memory. It can help them to know the material better. Lastly, try to get Bimble out of school. although they are already preparing themselves and they also have study groups. They still need someone who has a background knowledge of the national exam. They need to learn from the teacher so they will not lose conception.
