Abstrac
The library is an institution, building or building that contains books and various sources of information that can be used by the general public in various circles. According to the Library Law in Chapter I, article 1, it is stated that the library is knowledge that is collected, printed and recorded, managing it in a special way to meet the intellectual needs of its users through various ways of knowledge interaction.
Community is people in a certain area who live, work together to obtain common interests who have a life order, norms, and customs that are adhered to in the environment. recipient and has real and perceived value for current and future decisions.
To quote one of the definitions of the information society written by William Martin. According to him, the Information Society is a society in which the quality of life, as well as the prospects for social change and economic development, depend on increasing information and its utilization.
