There is one fact unknown by the public about what happened in the closed-door trial of Anand Krishna, when after the acquisition of a letter of recommendation from an authority which suggested that Judge Hari Sasangka, who was presiding over the case of Anand Krishna, would allow the witnesses to come in the court room and watch the trial proceedings.

Anand’s lawyer, Humphrey R Djemat said, “Surprisingly Judge Hari Sasangka gave his consent, despite its being in contradiction with the rules of closed-door trials. There was one incident which dumbfounded all the parties involved: it was when Shinta Kencana Kheng attended at the trials wearing too much make up and revealing clothes. She was approaching Judge Hari Sasangka.”

Humphrey continued his story, “With her tempting voice Shinta began to launch her act,” If the Team wishes, I can be open.”

And then it was met with the sharp eyes of the Chairman of the Judges Hari Sasangka, “Don’t do that,” then he paid attention to the slit in Shinta Kencana Kheng’s dress, “The Judge will not be able to sleep later.”

This indicates that something had happened between the Chief Judge Hari Sasangka with Shinta Kencana Kheng. They were proven to be meeting each other several times secretly. Their acts were captured by a camera.

In the meanwhile in another moment Nahod from Gani Djemat SH Law Office explained, “The meeting between a judge and his witness violates the rules, even more if the spend some time together in a car in the dark of the night.”

This meeting made South Jakarta Distric Court replaced the Chief Judge Hari Sasangka and also replaced the members of the Team of Judges with the new ones. Judge Albertina Ho took over this case and decided to repeat the trial proceedings by re-examining the main witnesses.

Nahod added, “In the re-examination, Shinta Kencana Kheng changed her appearance by wearing more polite clothes and wearing little make up.”

However, irregularities still happened in the court room. The witnesses often gave different testimonies from the ones they had given in the previous trials, as if the testimonies had been perfected to reach a certain goal. But Judge Albertina Ho refused to believe them. She, who is named the Heroine of the Indonesian Law, often reprimanded the witnesses who were often inconsistent in their testimonies
