Sugi Fitriyani (21) is a third year Management Student at State Islamic University Prof. K.H. Saifuddin Zuhri. I am a growth seeker and learning individual with a passion for project management and social change for others. Accompanied by experience as Secretary General of the organization. I have experience managing, creating, administering and monitoring projects in the educational and social sectors. I also created significant growth in numbers, to ensure the sustainability of the organization. Being actively involved and growing motivates me to make a bigger impact by taking on the role of Secretary General. This experience taught me various hard skills and soft skills. With great difficulty, I operate Google Workspace like Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs. Gradually, I learned to have a more predictable organizational planning and execution process. Create efficiencies by sticking to budget, schedule, and scope guidelines. Resolve organizational bottlenecks and escalate issues more quickly and easily. Identify and terminate projects that do not have relevant business value. Lastly, increasing collaboration between and within teams. I also have experience as a volunteer in the education sector at Karya Anak Milenial Indonesia (KAMI) Fundation in the event of Milenial Mengabdi 1.0 Lombok, AIESEC in UNSOED, and Sekolah Inspirasi Pedalaman (SIP) Banjarnegara. My achievement is being a Campus Library Ambassador, Prof. K.H. Saifuddin Zuhri Purwokerto.
