My passion for tourism and sales was evident from an early age, beginning in high school as a freelance agent for Perama Tour and Travel in Bali. This enthusiasm guided my academic journey, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Master’s in Management. My professional career commenced as part of the Colors Pub & Resto opening team in Surabaya. Over the next 12 years, I advanced through various roles in international hotel chains, transitioning from Food & Beverage Service to Sales & Marketing, ultimately achieving the position of Resort Manager. The challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 marked a turning point, leading me to pivot from hotel operations to management consultancy. Drawing on two decades of experience in the tourism industry and my academic expertise, I have successfully developed tourism destinations, enhanced hotel operations, and improved the performance of manufacturing businesses. Driven by the belief that the best individuals bring the greatest benefits to others and the environment, I remain committed to sharing my knowledge and experience to empower businesses, communities, and industries.
