There are so many choices of tourism attractions in Bali, Indonesia. Due to limited time, off course travellers may not achieve those all spaces just in a week. However, there is one big possibility that those travellers have visited the same place: Tanah Lot Temple. They may not be able to miss the tourism spot that is commonly known as "basic rule to visit" in Bali. Tanah Lot Temple has been famous for years for world travellers not only from its beauty of view but also from its uniqueness which is the "floating temple" in the middle of water.

Okay, let's go to Tanah Lot Temple. First of all, drive your car to Beraban Village, Tabanan, West Bali. You will never miss the taste of Bali with its typical style of building and ornaments since the beginning you drop your feet in the main entrance of Tanah Lot. After passing the main entance, it does not mean you can see directly Tanah Lot Temple into your eyes. Well, you need bit effort to reach it by walking for some metres. But don't worry, during walking you can spoil yourself by seeing and shopping Balinese traditional market selling merchandises like Balinese t-shirts, key holders. bags, and sarongs. You can find many choices of product here.

After walking in several minutes, you will be welcomed by the majesty of Balinese gate, very beautiful. It feels like you are greeted to enter in different world. Yes, you will feel like entering another world as you start the smell of the see with its strong whisper of the waves. After passing the gates and some stairs, you still need some walks to get closer to Tanah Lot Temple. You will still see some little shop plus you can see "Pura Luhur Penataran Tanah Lot" - another place of praying; as you know in every spot in Bali, you can easily find the places of prayer for Hindu people.

Then, you will see the real magnificent icon of Bali - Tanah Lot Temple, the enchanting combination of amazing nature and religious spirit. By seeing Tanah Lot Temple, people can see how Balinese have very strong appreciation toward their belief (Hindu) and nature. Balinese can make use very well the rock as the product of nature to be the religious place to pray. The view will be more beautiful in two circumstances. First, during the tide is high, Tanah Lot Temple looks like floating building in the middle of the water and second, during the sunset. Tanah Lot is often chosen as the spot to see the sunset for tourists as another option after seeing it in Kuta Beach. Another uniqueness in Tanah Lot Temple is the existence of snake which is considered by Balinese as holy creature guarding Tanah Lot Temple. Tanah Lot is also very good place to make you get wet since it has very strong waves. You may not escape the water when you get closer to it.

Though people can make any fun on this area, however there is one thing to consider. Tanah Lot Temple is sacred place for Balinese so people who come there have to still put respect. It makes Tanah Lot beach is bit different with other beaches in Bali. Thus, it becomes another uniqueness of Tanah Lot.
