     Yogyakarta is one of the cities in Indonesia that is located in the southern part of Central Java. Geographically, it is approximately in 7.7956 S latitude and 110.3695 E longitude. Yogyakarta is also known as Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta that is divided into 5 districts, including Sleman, Gunung Kidul, Kulon Progo, Bantul, and Yogyakarta.  Yogyakarta is also called as Jogja. It is popular with some cultural heritages and some tourist destinations. The most popular cultural heritage that can be found here is the ancient temples, including Prambanan and Borobudur. Yogyakarta is also popular with its tourist destinations, such as for its beaches. It has many popular and beautiful beaches, like Parangtritis, Depok, Sundak, Krakal, Indrayanti, Slili, Sepanjang, Sadranan, Baron, Ngobaran, and there are still many beautiful beaches there.  Yogyakarta is also popular for its cultural heritage, such as Kraton Yogyakarta as the Javanese art and culture center. It is also popular for its traditional arts, such as Wayang Kulit and Batik. Another thing that makes Yogyakarta so popular is the various delicious dishes. It has Gudeg, Sambal goreng Krecek, Sate Klatak, Bakpia Pathok, Tiwul, Brongkos, and there are still many unique dishes here that can't be found in any other place. There are also many well-known universities that make Yogyakarta full of college students. Yogyakarta is also popular with its Angkringan since there are also many college students who often spend their time there. In summary, Yogyakarta is a wonderful place that has many exciting things for everyone around the world to visit, and a great asset of Indonesia.
