STAY AWAY FROM THE NEGATIVE IMPACTS OF JUNK FOODS

          This time, junk foods can be found in every single part where we live. The reason why this food is becoming more and more popular is the quick serving time of this kind of food.  Some people prefer to eat junk foods over healthy foods because of the busy lifestyles and time constraints that they have. Junk food is the best idea to keep their needs in their busy time. However, excessive junk food consumption will bring many negative effects to our health. Because of those reasons, we should keep the consumption of junk foods to stay away from the health problem risks caused by this kind of food. Junk foods will bring many problems to our health if we take in excessive amounts in our daily life. It is because junk foods contain unhealthy ingredients, such as high calories, additional sugars, unhealthy fats and sodium, and some ingredients that lack high nutritional value. Excessively consuming these foods will lead to some health problems for our life. It can lead to the increasing obesity risk because of the excessive calorie intake. Eating junk foods in large amounts can also increase the risk of type 2 diabetes. It also causes some dental problems if we keep consuming this food for a long time.  It is because of the high consumption of additional sugar contained in junk foods. Another health problem that is caused by high consumption of junk foods here are the negative impacts on heart health, such as cholesterol and the increasing number of heart disease risks. All in all, in order to stay away from all of the negative effects on our health, we should keep our junk foods consumption amount. We already know about the negative effects of these conditions. Because of that, we can choose another way to prevent this matter by eating healthier foods rather than consuming junk foods non-stop in our daily life.
