I am Siti Afifah Sahasika, an undergraduate student of Social Welfare Science at UIN Jakarta. I have a strong focus of interest in the social and business fields. I have a deep interest in the world of marketing, business and already have experience as a marketing manager at UKM LDK Syahid vision of Economic Development for 5 months. and I also became a social media manager to add to my experience in the digital world. I also graduated from the KMB (talent interest class) Entrepreneur 2022 program. I am able to manage academic demands and UKM activities well, without sacrificing the quality of both. My perseverance in combining daily tasks with UKM challenges is a reflection of my independent and responsive nature. Now, I am confident that the adaptive leadership I have developed will help me deal with the ever-changing and challenging dynamics of the social world.
