Coffee is black seed with special aroma, many people around the world like that. A conneusour usually enjoys the coffee in many countries. Every country has different taste of the coffee, It depends on the ground height and character of soil in the country. According to its shape, the coffee has two types those are arrabica and robusta.

To trace from where coffee come, historical book states that it is from Abbysinia (the old name of Africa's region at named Ethiopia and Eritrea). However not many people know about how Abbysinian utilizes coffee. Instead, coffee as a beverage has been promoted by Arabian.

Not only did they export this by carrying these goods to mocha port but also sponged off this good by serving this as a drink. The only port that shiped these seeds to Europe was Mocha. Mocha became the other term of coffee at that period for European. They said a cup of mocha referred to abbysinia's coffee.

Is that the taste makes it famous? Or any history or occurance that brought coffee have been famous around the world. If you count stall selling coffee one by one in some regions, it will be abundant. Just as coffee badly have influenced people's habbit.

How interesting coffe is? From state's officer to ordinary people either the poor or the rich has been drinking coffee as their habbit. In the eastern tradition, Coffee is like a connecting media that make a relation warm. No wonder just almost every stall in my country provides coffee. It supposed to be in the world as well.

How come? The First, People need  maintaining their relationship, refreshing after all day work, and gathering in a convenience store. As they said "let's have a cup of coffee". It seems like from it attract others. the second, According to the report how much coffee that world's largest production export to others, states that brazil has declined amount of coffee for 2010's.

However, the comsumption of coffee at that country still high. Brazil surpassed the United State. In the other hand, many factors brought brazil declined in the export of coffee, but it doesn't mean world's communities have no desire drinking coffee. This following shows the trend of increasing export world's largest producer.
The table shows that people are avid in drinking coffee. Beside that, As we know that people in general like to try other tastes. So it probably drives coffee to cross islands, countries and even continets.

In conclusion, According to respond the world's communities have good respond on that item. I think strong desire of coffee is also determined by more developed coffee in taste. Probably the way to make coffee tastier  has studied by planter. In Indonesia, for instance, has developed taste of coffee by squirrel or "kopi luwak" in Indonesian language.

By 17th century European cultivated coffee. They managed their own plantations. But the climate was not at their disposal so they forced their colonial contries to grow that. This effort has succeeded until turn Arabian position as world's largest coffe exporter. One of central production of its was Java Island, Indonesia.

Under dutch, local people cultivated the coffee. As we know that the dutch applied cultuurstelsel. Culturstelsel means all farmers was forced to grow as they wished. This situation played role until Java's coffee well-known. They said a cup of java. The same goes for Vietnam.

In the 1920's French decided to open colonization in particular zone, especially in the highlands. Until It shifted small scale production to plantations. After French had colonized the production increased and the height of production occurred in early 20 century.
