   In this digital era and technological advances make everyone want practical things, one of which is in terms of food. Especially in today's children (gen z) they always want practical and immediate, as is the case with Junk food, junk food or fast food does look practical and easy to get, they can get it by just memsan through my gedged and ready, so many online food application services for means of getting it.

 But consuming it too often can endanger the health of the body. Some of the dangers that can be caused include:

1. Significant weight gain as junk food contains excessive calories.

2. Increased risk of heart disease because junk food contains saturated fats and trans fats that can increase plaque formation in blood vessels.

3. Increased risk of diabetes as junk food contains excessive sugar.

4. Increased risk of cancer because junk food contains preservatives and colorings that can damage body cells.

5. Indigestion such as abdominal pain, flatulence, and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) because junk food contains ingredients that are difficult for the body to digest.

Junk food, if consumed in excess, can cause various health problems. Therefore, frequent consumption of junk food can cause diseases to us, namely, digestive disorders, obesity, heart disease, stroke, even cancer, and so on.

Therefore we must reduce and even stay away from consuming junk food, because the impact is so dangerous both among teenagers and adults, and the most dangerous is, often consuming junkfood at a young age, it is very impactful in old age later. A lot of the problems of old people's diseases are caused by junk food, because they consume junk food too often.

To avoid these dangers, you should reduce the consumption of junk food and replace it with healthier foods such as fruits, vegetables, and low-fat vegetable or animal protein. In addition, increase physical activity and avoid unhealthy lifestyles such as smoking and lack of sleep. By avoiding the consumption of junk food and living a healthy lifestyle, you can keep your body healthy and prevent the risk of serious illness.
