Lumi is a seven year old boy who is practicing archery with his father who is the King of the Mirai kingdom. Lumi is the King's favorite prince because he is the only child owned by the King. The people of Mirai also love their King very much because he is a good king. Unfortunately, most of Mirai's people don't really like Lumi because of he is arrogant.
While practicing archery there is a rabbit that keeps distracting Lumi's focus. His father ordered him to stay focused and not to care about the rabbit. However, Lumi who was already annoyed because his arrows always missed the target. He then purposely aimed the arrow at the rabbit. And pssuuuuut..... the arrow shot towards the rabbit and died because being hit by Lumi's arrow.
Then, there was a girl about 2 years younger than Lumi, her clothes looked a little shabby and dirty. She is looking for his lost rabbit. Then she saw the rabbit that was shot in front of her and then she cried. The king who saw it then tried to calm the girl and promised to give her a new rabbit. The king reprimanded Lumi and asked him to apologize but Lumi didn't want to.
"Why am I apologizing, it's the rabbit's fault for constantly distracting me!"
"But you shouldn't have shot it!" said the little girl angrily.
"Shut up you bad girl, you better go now and my father will send you a new rabbit!" said Lumi
“NO I DON'T WANT IT!! I just want my bunny, I've been taking care of it since It was born."
The girl then ran towards the kitchen and met her mother who turned out to be a cook in the palace kitchen. The king then apologized for what Lumi did.
After that incident the King met Lumi and asked her to apologize. However, again he didn't want to because he said they were dirty and poor, Lumi didn't want to meet them because they were dirty. The king, who was very disappointed with the attitude of his only child, finally found a way so that Lumi no longer behaved like that.
The next day, Lumi was summoned by the King to the Imperial Palace. He was given a roll of rabbit fur.
"Father what is this? Why did you give me a bunny fur?” asked Lumi confused
“That's the fur of the rabbit you shot yesterday. You have a mission today, O Prince." The King's Counselor said.
"What's that? Why did you give me this mission?”
"Because you have grown into an arrogant prince, son." Said the king's adviser.
“Now go to Mirai Forest and take these rabbit furs with you. If you want to come back here then don't be arrogant to anyone you meet until the sun goes down." Said the King.
"And if you fail, then come back when you have returned to your original form(body)." Said the King again.
"Okay father, I'll go now." Reply to Lumi.
Actually Lumi was a little confused by the mission that the King had given and why he had to take this lump of rabbit fur with him. But he had to keep going so he could return to the Palace. He had walked quite a distance and was in a village close to the forest. Most of the people here dress very simply. There were quite a number of children Lumi's age tending sheep.
Lumi was tired, he finally decided to sit in the field near the herding children. Lumi actually doesn't like this place, there are a lot of sheep and Lumi doesn't like their smell. Then, a shepherd boy approached him, he was sweating a little because it was quite hot today. The clothes are also a little dirty. Lumi glared at him, not wanting to see him.
"Who are you? I've never seen you here before." said the shepherd boy.
"Me? You ask me who? I'm a prince." replied Lumi proudly.
"Are you really a prince? But where are your soldiers and guards? I didn't see it, are you alone or are you just lying?" said the shepherd boy a little ignorant.
"If you don't believe me then go!" said Lumi who was trying to contain his emotions.
"I'm not leaving until you prove you're a prince." Say the boy again.
Lumi's face turned red, he couldn't contain his emotions anymore. “Go away you bad boy! You're just bothering me! I am indeed a prince! You don't recognize me because I've never played with poor people like you! Do you understand?!" said Lumi.
