Hello, still there? This is more story of our journey.
We have already leaving the first PITSTOP. Before I begin telling you about our marketing strategy for the next PITSTOP, we will tell you about our obstacle in the former PITSTOP.
So we having a lot of obstacle in the former pitstop including, our segmentation market is truck driver, but the fact shown that it is not as much as we expected and most of our product is F&B (food and beverage) which only giving small amount of money for having surplus and even taking much time for selling and all of those items. Because our product that we trying to sell is not fit with the needs in the former pitstop or we could say that our product is too common whereas all of these shop were provided and selling as well or less uniqueness. Those obstacles were give us hard time for having extra money, so we only collect less than enough to survive till the end point and that is why need extra effort in the next pitstop.
So after having all of those difficult time, so we decide to change our marketing strategy with new strategy including but to limited to:
- We expand our segmentation into passenger and some shop by having lower price.
- We going to sell in large amount of quantity including sell those to shop/tenant.
We expecting with this new strategy, we could raise our sell ratio and increase our income, and not forget to mention to survive in this mission.
