The development of information technology in Indonesia, it opens up opportunities for journalists to cover all fields using all forms of electronic media and other visual media. The news coverage includes news in the field of law, especially in the realm of the world of justice.

We often witness how the journalists clamor when they take a sitting or standing position, in an effort to find the right angle (angel view) in reporting on a trial process in the courtroom, sometimes even when the trial is closed, the journalist still tries to take an image by the news.

Freedom of the press is of course also limited by ethics when covering a news story, bearing in mind that each agency or any organization must have procedures and regulations that aim to provide a sense of comfort in working for its members and also in order to maintain the work discipline of its members.

Particularly in the world of justice, presumably, each Court Office in all judicial environments under the Supreme Court can create a place or room that functions as a forum or gathering place for fellow journalists. This place is also a "channel" of information for news seekers so it is appropriate if this place is called the MEDIA CENTER or MEDIA CENTER which contains information on all forms of services available at the Court Office, as well as a place for journalists to get news about the trial process of a case.

In this Media Center, of course, the Court can make an inventory of fellow journalists who often cover at the Court's Office by collecting data and providing an INDENTITY CARD (Identification Card) for each journalist which functions as a FREE PASS to cover news at the Office. Court. Of course, this ID Card must also be updated at least once every 3 (three) months to record whether the ID card holder is still in charge of reporting at the Court Office.

But once again, this effort is not in the context of limiting press freedom, but only as an effort to protect the MARWAH (MAGUNGAN) of a trial at the Court Office and the Court Office, in this case, the Chairperson and Public Relations can find out the identities of these fellow journalists. so that these journalists can provide balanced and impartial news.
