Let It Flow and Let Me Go

The river bends, the river breaks,
Its path unknown yet ever true,
Through its course, let it flow.
No rock can stop its steady will,
It shapes the world with patient hands,
Through its song, let me go.

The moonlight kisses the restless sea,
Their love a dance of ebb and flow,
In their rhythm, let it flow.
Though distance separates their touch,
Their bond endures across the night,
In their unity, let me go.

The winds of change will always blow,
Sweeping through the heart of life,
In their whispers, let it flow.
Though fear may rise with the unknown,
It fades before the dawn of growth,
Through the storm, let me go.

The heart will break, the heart will mend,
Its pulse a rhythm ever strong,
Through its beats, let it flow.
Though pain may linger like a shadow,
It too shall fade beneath the light,
From this ache, let me go.

The stars above, the earth below,
Are bound by forces we can’t see,
In their balance, let it flow.
Even as worlds may drift apart,
The ties of love remain unbroken,
To that love, let me go.

The journey winds through hills and plains,
A mapless path of joy and sorrow,
Through each step, let it flow.
No ending waits, no final line,
Just endless roads and open skies,
To the unknown, let me go.

And so I stand, with open arms,
Embracing all the world bestows,
Through my being, let it flow.
No fear remains, no need to fight,
I trust the tide that carries me,
From this life, let me go.
