I am a psychology student at Universitas Persada Indonesia YAI. I am passionate about understanding human behavior and leveraging this knowledge to enhance organizational effectiveness. My academic background has equipped me with a solid foundation in psychological principles, research methodologies, and data analysis, all of which I aim to apply in human resources.
I am particularly interested in talent acquisition, employee development, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Effective human resource practices can significantly contribute to an organization's success and employee well-being.
