In addition to presenting 3,000 to 4,000 SKUs, Kimia Farma Health & Beauty also provides a customer experience for customers through the implementation of digitalization.

In addition to using digital price tags (price tags) in each storefront to provide up-to-date price information, customers can also make cashless payments using the Link Aja, GoPay, and OVO digital payment applications. In fact, there is also an interactive screen from Mediv Kimia Farma that makes it easy for visitors to order medical devices online.
