Epistemologically Pancasila as the ideology and basis of the state is a truth. The existence of Pancasila so far describes the truth of Pancasila as an ideology, this is because throughout its journey Pancasila has undergone a process of verification and falsification by circumstances such as a new system of thought. and the ideology of the Indonesian nation state, this indicates Pancasila as an ideology that has been tested, empirical, and dynamic against changing times

In the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, juridically, Pancasila has become a staatsfundamentalnorm or fundamental state norm which is the ideal of Indonesian law. Pancasila as a legal ideal has been contained in the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia and is based on Pancasila as a legal ideal or source of all laws, this allows Pancasila to become the ideology and basis of the Indonesian state. This is reinforced because the ideals of law, the source of all laws, the basis of the state, and the state's ideology must not conflict so that it makes sense if Pancasila becomes the basis of the Indonesian nation-state.

The idealistic dimension is the basic values contained in the 5 precepts of Pancasila such as divinity values, human values, unity values, populist values, and justice values. These 5 values will provide optimism and motivation to realize the ideals of the nation

The values contained in Pancasila are a source of law that must be implemented into the constitution and applicable laws in our country, this is supported by the elaboration in the 1945 Constitution that Pancasila is a Staatsfundamentalnorm that must be implemented into operational steps with existing legal products.
