What about the Blue Constitution? Is there a regulation in the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia? Explicitly not. However, as Article 10 of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia states, which states:
"The President holds supreme power over the Army, Navy and Air Force".
This is very good, because the Air Force in this case can be connoted as a government that is in control of the air sector that is above the earth and sea, which also means that Indonesia is sovereign over air or whatever layers above it are controlled and entitled to be fully utilized by this nation.
