From the text that I read about ’the importance of the rule of law’, I criticize whether the law is very important in the court? Whether the rule of law is used by judges, lawyers, and even state institutions was very influential in the court environment even people’s lives? How the rule of law it can run properly in accordance with the actual justice?
The law plays an important role, because the law is in place above. So we must comply with the law. Even in the world of the court, everyone in it must also comply with the law, because the law has rules that must be done right. If  the rule of  law it is done correctly by any person who did it, it will create real justice. But if the rule of law was carried out with the wrong person to do it, it will have a negative impact on various aspects of any.
Speaking with existing law in Indonesia is very important, because the Indonesian state including the state of law. Where almost entirely governed by law, and any other legal rules.Â
In reading  ‘the importance of the rule of law’ if it is associated in Indonesia it has to do where Indonesia is very necessary to have the rule of law in order to regulate the society in it, even the state institutions as well as other law enforcement agencies to comply with applicable law. But not to abuse the existing legal rules, because it can lead to an adverse impact on the government or in the legal environment (such as a court).
The conclusion that the rule of law has an important role in its place, because the law imposes a minimum standard of fairness for government agencies, law enforcement agencies, and other community, so that Indonesia should apply the rule of law in accordance with the constitution or the laws that apply.
