I'm graduated bachelor degree in 2013 and start working at PT. TigaraksaSatria, Tbk as a Management Trainee (MT). My last position as a Sales Head. I’ve been work in several positions that makes me understand about the whole business process in the company. I’m able to adapt new work environmental quickly. I’m self motivated, hard worker and creative for problem solving as well as in decision making. As a MT, I often doing presentation to client or customer, so it can improve my communication skill. Having good communication skill allows me to communicate with others easily. In the company I work for, i will always bring forth a positive work ethic and a motivated attitude. I will adept in providing optimal support and assistance to my colleagues, while also able to work independently to achieve goals. Now i’m a LPDP awardee and will continue my study in Magister Business and Management, IPB University.
