I am a third year student majoring in Management at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang who has great enthusiastic and highly motivated individual with a passion for the Human Resource field. I possess a strong foundation of knowledge gained through college learning, allowing me to effectively handle various responsibilities. I am nimble, alert, and reliable, always eager to learn and adapt to new things. With excellent communication skills, I can easily connect with others. Some of my experiences include organizing events, where I was responsible for creating publication concepts, managing documentation, and coordinating teams. Additionally, I achieved the first-place position in the Faculty of Economics and Business Student Day. I am excited to contribute my skills and grow within the HR industry.
