Optimizing The Role of Morals in Building Unity and Peace in Organizationnation and State

Indonesia is a large and diverse country consisting of various ethnicities, religions, cultures and regions. this diversity should be a wealth and strength for the indonesian nation, but it should also be a challenge and a test  for national unity and peace. therefore, every citizen is expected to have  good attitudes and actions that reflects high morals that become the foundation of ethics in organization, countries, and nations. 

morals are behaviors that show a person's inner nature, both praiseworthy and disgusting. good morals are those that are in accordance with moral values recognized by religion, reason, and costums. good morals also reflects one's faith and piety towards Allah SWT. therefore good morality must be the foundation of ethics in organization, countries, and nation.  Ethics are rules or norms that govern human behavior in relation to other people, the environment, and God. Ethics also refers to the judgment of right and wrong , rights and responsibilities. Good Ethics are those that respect human rights, value differences, and uphold justice. since good morality is an expression of good ethics, good ethics must also arise from good morals.

1. The role of morality in building unity and peace in organizations, states, and national is very important and strategic.

Good morals can shape the character and identity of a nation that os tough and dignified and able to face various challenges and threats both from  within and outside.Good morals can also create a harmonious and peaceful atmosphere and conditions that can ensure the welfare and happiness of all indonesian citizens.

Examples of moral roles in building unity and peace in organizations, nations, and nations include:

• in an organization, good morale becomes a guideline for all members of the organization to work together harmoniously and effectively, to build. communication and coordination, high moral can also motivate all members of the organization to contribute, be creative, and responsible in achieving organizational goals. Good morals in an organization must be based  on values such as honesty, reliabilty, fairness, diligence, integrity, and trust. for example, the Muhammadiyah Organizatin, one of the large islamic organizations in indonesia, which has a vision of building an advanced islamic society based on noble morals and science, this organization also has a mission to devolep da'wah , education, society, health, economic , and a culture based on moderate and tolenrant islamic values. With Good morals, this organization can bring great benefits to the nation and state. 

• in this country pancasila is the state ideology, the 1945 Constitution is the state constitution, the Republic of Indonesia is the form of government, and Binneka Tungal is respected so that all citizens can maintain the unity and unity of the nation. Good morals can be the standard. Good morals can also be a foundation for all citizens to maintain harmony and tolerance between religious communities by promoting the principle of religious moderation that avoids extreme, radical, and intolerance attitudes.
   Good morality in a nation must be based on values such as patriotism, nationalism, patriotism, and pluralism.  For example, Indonesian citizens who are Muslims must respect and respect people who adhere to other religions, such as Christianity, Catholicism, Hinduism, Buddhism, and Confucianism, and must not impose their religion on others. Indonesian citizens should also participate with respect and tolerance in various religious activities sponsored by schools, universities, and governments, such as prayer, worship, fasting, and pilgrimage. Indonesian people can build harmonious and peaceful relations with each other if they have good morals.
• For the implementation of state duties and obligations in a professional, transparent, responsible, and responsive manner by all authorities and policy makers, both in government, legislature, and judiciary, the foundation of which is good morals.

   Good morals can also be a standard for all voters and election participants to make decisions intelligently, rationally, and objectively, both as candidates and as voters.Good morality in a nation must be based on values such as democracy, law, human rights, and anti-corruption, For example, rulers and politicians must fulfill the people's mandate as much as possible without abusing power, nepotism, collusion, or corruption. Voters and election participants should vote for candidates who have a strong vision, mission, plan, and track record, without being affected by monetary policy, misinformation, or slander. Good morals enable those in power and insurance companies to run clean and effective governments, and enable voters and voters to wisely determine the fate of nations and nations.From the explanation above, we can conclude that good morals have a very important and strategic role in building unity and peace of organizations, nations, and nations. Therefore, all Indonesian citizens must try to improve and optimize their morals by studying, charity, and praying, as well as emulating the Prophet Muhammad SAW who is the best moral example.

 Here are some suggestions that can be given to optimize the role of morality in building unity and peace in organizations, states, and nations:

• religion Increase awareness and understanding of good morals by reading, studying, and practicing, especially the Quran and Hadith, which are the main sources of Islamic morals
•  Cultivating good attitudes and behaviors by practicing, trying, and praying in order to apply good morals in everyday life, in organizations, nations, and states.
• spread good morals and invite others to do this by providing advice, motivation, and support so that others can recognize, understand, and practice good morals in life.

In addition, they can also cooperate, coordinate, and communicate with various stakeholders, both government, organizations, and society, to develop and strengthen good morale in organizations, states, and nations. It is hoped that by optimizing the role of morality in building organizations, states, and national unity and peace, Indonesia will become a developed, independent, and civilized country that can make a positive contribution to the world.

Conclusion

Good morals are actions that show the inner quality of a person in accordance with moral values recognized by religion, reason, and customs. Good morals also reflect a person's faith and piety to Allah SWT. Good morals should be the basis of ethics in organization, state and nation. The role of good morals in building unity and peace in organizations, countries, and nations is very important and strategic. Good morals can shape the character and identity of a nation that is resilient and dignified and able to face various challenges and threats both from within and outside.

Good morals can also create a harmonious and peaceful atmosphere and conditions that can ensure the welfare and happiness of all Indonesian citizens. In order to maximally utilize the role of good morals in building unity and peace in the organization, state, and nation, all Indonesian citizens must learn, do righteous deeds, and worship by emulating morals by doing so. Next is the Prophet Muhammad SAW who is the greatest moral example. Furthermore, all Indonesian citizens must develop good attitudes and behavior through practice, effort, and prayer in order to apply good morals in daily life in the nation and organization.Furthermore, all Indonesian citizens must encourage good morals to others through advice, motivation and support so that others know, understand and practice good morals in their lives. Finally, all Indonesian citizens must cooperate, coordinate and communicate with various stakeholders, including governments, organizations and communities, in order to develop and strengthen good morals as a nation and organization.
