The Challenge of ASEAN Summit: The New Map of China

If we read and learn the news from https://www.cnbcindonesia.com/news/20230830153655-4-467565/heboh-peta-baru-china-10-garis-putus-putus-pepet-wilayah-ri , we can make conclude that China has made the new challenge of foreign policy about dispute island amidst the ASEAN Summit 2023. So we hope all of the particpant in ASEAN Summit must discuss about The New Map 0f China. Why? Because Russian - Ukraine War has happened and still no signal for the end. Now we think about the equibrlium of Indo Pacific-ASEAN-China and USA. 

But China still make the ghost foreign policy. China develops the coral reef island as the dispute island at the Sprately Island for the military base and now the New Map of China which declared the nine until ten  dash line. Because the peace in the South China Sea and Indo-Pacific is a must. The south china sea conflict because of nine dash line claim and the harmony of Indo-Pacific is interconnected each other. If there is no peace at the south china sea, so it will influence the stability and harmony of Indo-Pacific. So we must have the strategic equilibrium for the nation building all over the world.

It reminds me about 33(thirty three) years ago at Denpasar, 22 January 1990 Our the honour Mr. (RIP) Ali Alatas in The Managing Potential Conflict in the South China Sea : The Workshop Process ( The Tortuous road) said that, "All Southeast Asian states bordering the South China sea share a vital interest in fostering peace, stability and harmonious cooperation in their immediate environment as a necessary condition within which to ensure stability and national development in their respective countries.

I am given to understand that instead of focusing on the potentials for conflict, as subsumed in such question as overlapping sovereignty and jurisdictional claims, this Workshop will discuss a wide range of issues and areas of possible cooperation, including in resources management,communication, shipping, navigation and the related aspects of safety maritime passage, environmental protection and scientific research. This is indeed the right approach. for by expanding cooperation in these areas, on the basis of common interest and mutual benefit, a more conducive atmosphere will be created for peaceful cooperation and negotiation in addressing potential conflict situations as well".

So from the situation above, and learning from the past with Our distinguish MR. Ali Alatas insight. We hope the Asean Summit 2023 can give the tortuos road for the solution the dispute island and the nine until ten dash line claims. And give the recomendation for The United Nation to make the strong decession for the solution and peace the nation for all over the world. We pray for it, God never sleeps. Let us see, because when the map of the nine dash claim at China Passport 2016. It made the President Our distinguish Mr. JOKO WIDODO getting angry and taking The IMAM BONJOL War Ship the great hero to Natuna and declared the development programs for Natuna prosperity and security for the nation all over the world.

I had disccussed with the ambassador of China Our distinguish Mr. H. E. Lu Kang about the silk road and the spicy route. He declared, "Together we can, We had elaborated the silk road and the spicy route at the past with The One Belt One Road. The statemen made me realizing the world is created by The God for the prosperity of all the nations all over the world". Thank you My distinguish Ambasador H. E. Lu Kang, we support it and the New Map of China doesn't make it as the new turbulance ocean. Our distinguish The Founding Father Mr. (RIP) Soekarno said, "If you wanted the pearl, you must be brave to plunge at the beneath ocean". But the question how we can get the pearl at the beneath ocean if there is always the new turbulance ocean from time to time?
