How to Harmonize The Next Pandemic

I have gotten email from The Gates Notes Bill Gates about his new book in order to understand and care about the Pandemic after Covid19. In his email he said, "A lot has changed since 2015, of course. 

Back then, I didn't even use the word "pandemic" because I didn't think enough people knew what it meant. Today, more than two years into COVID-19, no one needs to be persuaded that preventing pandemics should be a top priority for the world. So at this year's TED, I drew from my new book, How to Prevent the Next Pandemic, and talked about the steps we need to take".

He explains, "In the book, I lay out the specific steps we can take to not only stop future pandemics but, in the process, provide better health care for everyone around the world. I outline the lessons we can learn from this pandemic, the innovations we need to save lives, and the new tools we need to stop pathogens early and equitably". 

So what we do now and for the future to harmonize the local wisdom of Indonesian cultural in out of the box minds without forgetten Unity in Diversity for Urban and Regional Planning, Design, and Policies for Sustainable Development.

Let me tell you the values of planning cores are Three C (3C). They are Commitment, Consistency and Continuity. In Moslem we call, "AZZAM", so in Malayan Cultural we can understand it at "Gurindam12" as the local wisdom. In Indonesia cultural, there are many local wisdom like Palegendong (Maluku), Panglima Laut (Aceh), Subak (Bali), Patrinase Huta Nabe (Sumatera Utara) at Kepulauan Riau we call Balek Kampong, and so on. 

Why I take Gurindam12 by Raja Ali Haji as the local wisdom for Urban and Regional Planning, Design, and Policies for Sustainable Development. Because Gurindam12 from Malayan cultural at Kepulauan Riau as the place where Indonesian language came from as the unity language for The Indonesian Nation.

The Gurindam12 by Raja Ali Haji teachs us that the values for nation building we musttake from the local wisdom wherever we from with The Unity in DiVersity *Bhineka Tunggal Ika". So I think we must understand again that all of the local wisdom from all over our nation. So we can think out of the box in doing good governance for the people prosperity. 

The Good Governance is the system when The People, The Private and The Public sector can do the task and the function well and synergy. The synergyty all of the components make what we need from Our Founding Fathers Our Honour Mr. Soekarno _  Hatta  at Proclamation August, 17, 1945 (17 Ramadhan) can be implemented for the prosperity of Indonesian Nation and all over the world. 

Please we do from ourselves, from now and the small one whatever our duty at the community, eventhough we can develop the nation building with our local wisdom from our family. God bless us Indonesia People and the world, "Nothing Gonna Change Our Sense Belonging of Indonesian Nation". The life is full of miracle, nothing imposible, "Kun Fa ya Kun".
