One thing that someone must have before he/she wants to be a writer is the ability and tendency in reading activity. That’s right, someone must be a good reader to be a good writer, it’ll be impossible if one just jump into the world of writer without being the reader at first. Reading is the number one recipe to start writing. It is not only opens widely your knowledge, but also offers you inspiration and helps you to learn the technique of writing.
Being a writer is not something hard to do, all we have to do just read, read, and read. Without reading we will never learn to write, and without writing there will be no book to publish. Reading and writing is like head and tail of a coin, cannot be separated. A good writer means a good reader, a good reader spends his/her particular time to read and read and write in another particular time. So be a good reader to be a good writer and get rich in publishing.

Being a writer means meet deadline, so besides the reading activity (if you can handle this one) you have to be more discipline and working hard, consistence with the purpose and keep reading and keep writing. No one can be anything as they like instantly without any process, a work of writing will never be a good one at first, but the process makes it good.
The process in writing includes the writing itself, editing, revision, re-editing which are all done over time. At this point, the writer must be patient besides being discipline and also appreciates and always listens to the editor’s input to make the writing batter, or even the best one.
If you have done the steps, now it is your time to publish the book. There are, at least, to ways to publish you book. First, through the publishing company, or you can do it independently which is called self publishing. But, if you choose the second step, you have to have a lot of money, especially for printing budget. But, no gain, no pain. Everything has it cost, everything has consequence, it’s natural. So you can pick which way that suits you best.

In this digital era, everything goes digitally via internet, including book. E-book is more familiar today and simpler; we can carry more books only in a simple storage and without any burden to carry anywhere we go, just click and pick and we can read the favorite book. But you need an electronic gadget to carry the e-book, such as I-pad or notebook.
The digital-based book or e-book can be an alternative way to publish your work, which is simpler, more economic, and more environmental friendly. All you have to do just write the book on your computer, If you have done change it into PDF (portable document file), and publish it through your blog.
