Jakarta, July 23, 2023. In a painting art exhibition themed "The Face of Cooperatives in Expression", the involvement of artists from cooperatives has taken center stage. The exhibition features paintings that reflect the visual identity and values of cooperatives, with the aim of raising public awareness about the role and benefits of cooperatives.
The concept of "the face of cooperatives in expression" was developed by the organizing committee led by Mr. Putranto S. as secretary and Mr. Ar. Tanjung as the chief executive of the exhibition. They formulated the concept by integrating artistic elements such as shape, color, texture, value, space, and line into each painting.
The exhibition was first introduced on the anniversary of the Indonesian Cooperative on July 12 and was held at the National Library, 4th floor. At the event, many members of the public were able to observe the real practice of the concept of "the face of cooperatives in expression" through various paintings depicting the daily activities of the community with the help of cooperatives.
Why is an understanding of the "cooperative face in expression" themed paintings so important to the success and sustainability of cooperatives? This is because, through these paintings, public awareness of the role and benefits of cooperatives can be increased. Paintings become a medium that attracts people's attention and triggers interest in understanding more about the concepts and values promoted by cooperatives.
By combining the art of painting and cooperative savings and loans, better collaboration and engagement can be achieved. The cooperative can form a group of artists within it who are tasked with creating and exhibiting their artworks as part of the cooperative's activities. In addition, periodic painting art exhibitions can also be organized as a platform for members to showcase their talents to the community.
The "Face of Cooperatives in Expression" exhibition is an innovative step in approaching the community through the art of painting and strengthening the visual identity of an economic institution such as a cooperative. It is hoped that collaboration between the arts and the business world will increase to create a positive impact on the success and sustainability of cooperatives. Keep up the creative spirit!
