The popularity of baso aci seems to be non-stop. The development of snacks from Garut, West Java is growing rapidly and has been widespread in Indonesia.

The following recipe Baso Aci:
Ingredients (4 Servings)
Baso Shaft:
- 250 ml of water
- 8 cloves of garlic, puree
- Tsp salt
- 1 tsp powdered chicken broth
- 150 g of tapioca flour
- 100 g of wheat flour
- 4 triangular fried tofu pieces, hollow out the middle
Gravy:
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 5 cloves of garlic, puree
- 4 red onions, puree
- 4 pieces of curly red pepper, puree
- 2 pieces of cayenne pepper, puree
- 1.5 L chicken broth
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp chicken broth powder
Complement:
- pilus
- 2 green onion stalks, thinly sliced
- lime juice, 2 halves
How to make (60 Minutes)
1. Baso aci: boil water with garlic, salt and chicken broth powder to boil, remove.
2. Mix tapioca starch and wheat flour in a bowl, pour in the garlic stew. Stir with a spatula until smooth and can be shaped.
3. Divide the three parts of the baso aci dough, 1 part of the round shape and boil until it floats. 1 part of medium round shape and fry until cooked, drain. The rest fill into the tofu hole, then fry until cooked. Set aside.
4. Broth: heat the oil in a saucepan, saute the garlic and onion until fragrant. Add large chili and finely chopped Cayenne, cook until cooked. Pour in water, add sugar, salt and powdered chicken broth. Stir until boiling.
5. Serve shaft meatballs in bowls, pouring hot broth. Add pilus, sliced chives and lime juice to taste. Serve while hot.
