Manfaat tidur siang lainnya yaitu mampu mencegah penyakit jantung. Jika kita memaksakan bekerja sedangkan mata mengantuk, jantung akan berdetak lebih kencang. Selain itu, apablia kita memaksakannya dengan meminum kopi atau minuman energi yang mengandung kafein, tentunya akan semakin berakibat buruk.
