Year of 2021 was over a few days ago. The new year of 2022 has just begun. Most people start to think what should be done in this year? What do we expect? Will this year be better than last year? What if everything will be the same? Should we be optimistic or pessimistic about the future? Should we have a new plan or not for this year?

I'm sure most people around the world expect that the covid-19 pandemic will be over soon. We're tired of fighting this desease which has taken so many lives in global scale. We don't want to see more people suffer from this desease anymore. It has to be stopped immediately. We need to work normally. Industries and economic need to grow up. Job opportunities need to be created.

As an individual, what should we actually expect? Is it good or bad to think over-optimistic in this year? Should we set new plans or just stick with our previous plans? As we know, some of our last year's plans didn't run well so that it seems OK to stick with the "old plans" rather than to make a new one. Moving on doesn't always mean everything must be new. Trying to realize our "old plans" is a good idea too. At least we do something, don't we?

Speaking about plan, should it be the big one or just the small one? Having a big plan is certainly a good thing, but we must be ready if it won't run as well as we expected. So, we have to prepare for the worse as well as the best to come. Time changes, year changes, people change, so does technology. It means that more people could become jobless in the near future due to technology replacement in the name of efficiency and effectiveness. Wow... isn't that scary? What should we do, then?

Well... some jobs will disappear, but in the same time the new ones appear. In order to be staying competitive, we need to renew ourselves through times. Learn something new, add new skills, and follow any information necessary to uprade ourselves up. There're always challenges and opportunities in every situation. Don't give up easily. In the same time, make a realistic calculation to avoid bigger mistake that might happen.

OK, year of 2021 was over. The new year of 2022 has just begun. So, what is your biggest plan in 2022? Whatever it is, I hope it's reachable and not too ambitious. We don't want to be disappointed because of having too big plan, do we?
