Introduction
At this time, I'll reviewing the journal by the titled "3 Dimensional Visualization for Adaptive Building Construction Masterplan in University of Darussalam Gontor Area" by Faisal Reza Pradhana, Taufiqurrahman, and Inqi Azhar Aziz Basyaruddin, are affiliated with the Faculty of Science and Technology, University of Darussalam Gontor. The journal focuses on the development and evaluation of a 3D visualization system for building construction masterplans in the University of Darussalam Gontor (UNIDA Gontor) area.
Summary
The introduction highlights the need for a dynamic and adaptive building construction masterplan in UNIDA Gontor, which currently relies on physical blueprints that are vulnerable to damage and difficult to update. The authors developed a 3D visualization system using the waterfall model and Blender software to create detailed and realistic models of buildings. The system was tested for functionality and user satisfaction, achieving positive results.
Evaluation
The evaluation section provides detailed insights into the development process and testing of the 3D visualization system. The authors used a black-box testing method to ensure the system's functionality, with a success rate of 90% in displaying 3D models. The system was also tested by distributing questionnaires to staff and public users, achieving an average score of 88.12% in terms of user satisfaction. The results show that the system is effective in facilitating the visualization and planning of building construction.
Critical Analysis
I agree with this journal. Because from this journal will give us many visualization for the adaptive building construction masterplan in university of Darussalam Gontor area. So, this 3D visualization useful to help us.
Conclusion
The journal provides a comprehensive overview of the development and evaluation of a 3D visualization system for building construction masterplans in UNIDA Gontor. The system demonstrates effectiveness in facilitating the visualization and planning of building construction, particularly through its usability and user satisfaction. While the study has several strengths, including its methodology and usability testing, it could benefit from more diverse user feedback and additional interactive features. The potential impact of this system on improving infrastructure development is significant, and further research on scalability and accessibility is recommended.
