I'm just a simple man who likes writing, blogging, playing PC game, watching movie, and listening to music. I had an experience in teaching English in Jakarta and Bekasi (2008-2018). My books: Filateli Sebagai Hobi dan Investasi (Balai Pustaka, 2001), Kursus Singkat Bahasa Inggris (BIP, 2011), Kursus Singkat Percakapan Bahasa Inggris (BIP, 2013), Kursus Singkat Bahasa Inggris Bisnis (BIP, 2016), and Percakapan Inggris-Indonesia Bidang Perawat dan Rumah Sakit (BIP, 2021). I had a diploma in graphic design from a School of Design in Jakarta (1993), but later changed my interest into English and literacy. Sometimes I write my blog in English or Indonesian. I was born and live in Jakarta. No one is perfect. Stay humble.

(Short Conversation) Healthy Food and Culinary Hobby

A: Are you one of people who like culinary hobby?

B: No. I like eating delicious food, but I seldom eat in a restaurant. Usually I just grab bread, eat, and go... haha.

A: Luckily, you don't have wife, kids, or girlfriend. Otherwise, they will "suffer" from your simple life, bro... haha. 

B: Simple yes, but not poor OK? Anyway, I sometimes eat in a good restaurant too. Just not too often.

A: Do you always pay attention to the food you eat? I mean, do you care or not about healthy foods?

B: Yes, I do care. But I'm not a doctor. It means, I'm not as discipline as doctor choosing the foods.

A: So, you just simply think that healthy foods must be only vegetables and fruits?

B: Yeah... haha. It's impossible to memorize all healthy foods, man. Sometimes I read health articles on internet. It's very useful. 

A: Me too. However, many data on internet are mostly from western countries. It sounds like no healthy foods from Indonesia.

B: That's wrong. Tempe is a healthy food from Indonesia. It's full of protein. In general, I think we just need to reduce fried food, salty foods, and any other foods containing much sugar, fat, bad cholesterol, etc. Eat fruit and vegetables in fresh condition... don't cook it too long in boiling water. Anyway, I have a list about some healthy foods. Here it is.
