Why Are There Still Women Who Are Treated Unfairly?

It will be very easy for them to continue the activities or actions they are used to in everyday life, without looking at the good and bad sides of it. It's the same with gender equality, where the freedom that exists in society makes them, especially men, go easy on women. This mindset that has been ingrained for a long time makes them free to treat women regardless of how women feel hurt due to their unfair actions. There are still many wrong stereotypes about women who should get the same treatment. 

This stereotype is still difficult to understand well by society and assumes that women should not get the same treatment. It is because of this stereotype that it is difficult for women to get voting rights that support them in public. Wrong stereotypes have been applied in environmental life, and it makes women have to fight more for justice and their rights just because society creates wrong stereotypes about justice for women. Just because the stereotype is wrong requires them to feel the misery first, and have to fight with all their might.

The perception is changing slowly but steadily, and it makes gender equality harder to be reached in reality. This perception takes a lot of time to be accepted and applied by everyone.

 The World Economic Forum estimates it will take another century before true gender equality becomes a reality. This proves that the existing perception will change, but it will still be difficult to directly apply to everyone's thinking, so changing it in people's behavior will also be very difficult to implement. 

This is also due to the lack of knowledge on gender equality. Knowledge about gender equality has a very big role in changes that can be implemented and occur in life. However, because many people do not know about gender equality, this is one of the reasons why gender equality is still difficult to achieve in this day and age. The existence of sufficient knowledge about gender equality can certainly affect changes in gender equality in society and make things better.

Basic knowledge can be quite helpful, and overtime if this knowledge has been obtained and can be applied to every one's behavior, then surely changes will occur and do not require such a long time. Another thing is that this case is still ongoing, so it is difficult to change people's perceptions. Yes, many cases of gender equality are still often found today. How not, the knowledge that is still lacking will continue to influence one's behavior and result in an explosion the number of people who do this is increasing rapidly. 

Things like this will then become the culture of the environment, so it will be very difficult to reduce the number of cases and even stop it, it is very difficult to achieve. People's perceptions of gender equality are still thin when compared to the many cases that have occurred, causing this dream for women to be very difficult to realize if there is a change of mind, changes in behavior in each person, and changes in culture that exist in the community's life. Not change immediately.

We all know that gender equality is still difficult to realize in this life because of the lack of public knowledge about the importance of gender equality, how gender equality affects women, and gender equality is still difficult to apply to everyone's points of view. However, if gender equality is enforced, it will change people's views about gender equality, reduce violence against women, and certainly can reduce the increase in cases of gender equality. 

We also know that gender equality is difficult to be implemented because everyone will have the freedom to do anything and will cause chaos, people are not aware of the consequences of their actions which are done as they wish, and there are still many people who do not care about gender equality. 

However, if we look deeper, gender equality can make everyone, especially women, able to do whatever they want, whatever they think is comfortable, without having to think about other people's views of them, everyone, especially women, gets the same treatment. Make the world a safer place for women to live in, and can reduce discrimination that is still common today, especially against women.

Of the many cases that have occurred and how people don't care about what women in the world feel and experience, we think this is enough evidence to change the world's view of the importance of gender equality, especially for women. What will happen to everyone in the future if equality is not enforced? These kinds of important things are neglected. Women must get justice.
