Healthy food is food that has a variety of nutrients that the body needs. The body needs a variety of nutritious foods to stay healthy and grow optimally. The benefits of consuming healthy foods can maintain weight, increase memory, relieve stress, prevent dangerous diseases, increase the immune system in the body, and control blood pressure. In addition, consuming healthy food is also able to maintain the health of body organs, bones and muscles.

Some people pay a lot of attention to their daily food to prioritize their health, because consuming the wrong food can have bad consequences! Unhealthy eating patterns to be consumed excessively such as junk food because it contains high calories and can cause obesity. In addition to junk food, packaged foods are also not good for excessive consumption because they contain sugar and high trans fats. Packaged foods also contain MSG (Monosodium Glutamate) or familiarly called micin.

There are many healthy foods for the body, here are examples and their benefits include:


1. Fresh green vegetables
Eating vegetables can smooth the digestive tract, because vegetables contain high fiber. Vegetables also contain vitamin K and vitamin C which are good for the heart.

2. Fruits
Fruits contain various vitamins, besides that fruits are also useful for external medicine and reduce the risk of disease.

3. Meat
Meat contains essential amino acids to increase stamina and memory. Therefore, meat is believed to be the best source of protein.

4. Eggs
Eggs contain vitamins and minerals that the brain needs, therefore eggs are very good for brain health. Eggs also contain vitamin D to help maximize calcium absorption in the stomach and intestines.

5. Fish
Fish contain lots of protein which is good for brain development. Examples of good fish to eat are salmon and tuna.
