A Creative, Inspiring, and Dedicative Teacher

Mrs. Ulfa is a creative, inspiring and dedicative teacher. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Indonesian Education from UIN Syarifhidayatullah Jakarta. Based on her background education, she focuses in Indonesian lessons. Mrs. Ulfa has a dreams for being a teacher since her highschool, for her being a teacher that's not only focusing about the money, but it's about the sincerity in teaching. With that sincerity, any amount of money that she earns, would be enough for her life. Not only is she sincere, but she also creative in her teaching. 

She always find a way to built her students skill becoming an active, critical and creative person. With the rise of technological developments, the teaching system that she used is intensifying using technology. The websites like quiziz, kahoot, word wall, google form, etc., always in use for replaced the exam or quiz in paper based test. She always prioritized teamwork skill for her students, the students would divided into a few group and they're should discussing the material or research which has been assigned before. Then, the discusses result would be presentated in front of the class due to practicing public speaking skill. 

Being a teacher should have ability to controlled the condition to keep condusive in the class, she has some tricks to handled monotonous and boring situations. First is make an interactive games to raising the atmosphere in the class. Second, the material delivered should be easily to understand and enjoy. Third, giving an appreciate for students that could be participate in discussing or answering the quiz right, it's so important to gain the enthusiasm in learning between the students. The last one, learning the theory should be pairing with the learning practice too, example, role-play, negotiation video, read a poem, etc., this is very useful to practicing the students skill. These few things always she's applied during she's teaching.

About the teaching experiences, it can say she's highly experienced in her field. Started her career in teaching at SMP Islam Citra Bunda (2017--2020), SMAN 1 Cikande (2020--2022), and at SMAN 9 Kota Tangerang Selatan (2022-until now). In 2023, she's got an award for being an Outstanding Teacher of Class X 2023.
