Between Tour of Duty and Local Wisdom

Once upon a time, I was invited by Tanoto Foundation to attend the ceremony of SGD's  Certified Leader at SDG Academy Indonesia Jakarta which collaborated UNDP, Bappenas RI and Tanoto Foundation. The clue of this event is there is no one left behind. At that time we was given the advice by the SDG Academy Indonesia to wear the traditional fashion in implementing Unity in Diversity and also showing there is no level among us. It reminds me the Great People  Mohammad Gandhi that every nation has the equal position and must be used their product themselves we called at that time "SWADESI".

Talking about no one left behind is a dream as the vision of squarehelix among The Almighty, The Nature, The Human Being, and The Local Wisdom. Our excellency Mr. Riant Nugroho in his journal about Business Process Reenginering for the Governance Organization which was published at The Ministery of State Secretary Republik Indoneseia "Negarawan" ISSN 1907-6991No. 22, 2011. He talked about the development policy of business project reengineering, we called as the P-BPR. It is the one of the great strategic for the bureaucracy reform at our beloved country Indonesia. The P-BPR is the implementation the authority decision of The Minister in empowering the human resources we called Keputusan Menpan No. PER/15/M.PAN/7/2008 about Pedoman Umum Reformasi Birokrasi as the part of UU No. 22/1999 implemetattion about the free and clean governance from the corruption, collution and nepotism. And also UU No. 17/2007 about RPJPN with the PP No. 5/2010 about RPJMN.
