It must be admitted that the Ottoman Turks ruled the Palestinian lands for a long time for over three centuries this region and the entire Middle East had been under its rule. Palestine just changed ownership from Turkey's Ottoman Empire to British imperialism in 1917 because of the defeat of the Ottoman Turks during the war. It's as if Palestine just changed hands from the Arab-Muslim people after the Jews declared Israel a nation, Independence on May 15, 1948. Between 1948 and 1968, Israel was present and strong enough in Palestine and the Middle East in general. Evidence is that the 1967 war involved several Islamic nations such as Egypt, Jordan, Syria, Bailut, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and Palestine, facing Israel. could not do much against each nation, except for Israel. It has been legally established as an independent state through the annexation of several Islamic countries mentioned above (Ronen, 2008).

The Jewish occupation of Palestine ended with the establishment of an independent state of Israel but began with the establishment of the World Zionist Organization in 1897. This Zionist strategic plan was for Dr C. Wheizmann, the Chief Zionist Lobbyist, to initiate and receive the support of the British Zionists or British Initiators. Under his leadership, the Zionists want to achieve their primary goal of establishing a Jewish state in the land of Palestine. According to Mohd. Roslan Mohd. Nor (2010), there are also four things programmed. First, according to conformity, to facilitate the occupation of Palestine by, for example, the Jewish agricultural system and industrial workers. Secondly, the realization of organization and cooperation with all Jewish armies through the administration of regional or interstate institutions, subject to national laws. Third, to strengthen and raise awareness and feelings of Jewish nationality. Fourth, be prepared to obtain Kingdom approval, if necessary, to implement Zionist goals and agendas.

These four programs form the basis of the Jewish struggle in Palestine. With these four things programmed in him, they have the sympathy and sympathy of the Jews of the world in general, and the support of England and Great Britain in particular. The last mention is of British endorsement found in the Balfour Declaration issued on November 2, 1917. The British agreement, in the form of a declaration, is an important capital for the Jewish people to realize an independent state in the land of Palestine. The Jews with Balfour Declaration encouraged Jews around the world, especially in Eastern Europe, to support efforts to establish an independent state for Jews in Palestine, later called the State of Israel (Berdine, 2019).

In the history of modern Palestine, which incidentally are Muslim Arabs in general. In 1917, with the defeat of the Ottoman Turks and the League of Nations, it fell into British hands before the United Nations ordered Britain to take care of Palestine. Having clerics like Haji Husayni (Mufti of Palestine) Muslims have always struggled to escape from British privileged colonialism and the European Zionist institution called Judenstadt (later the more popular State of Israel). This fact prompted Jews to travel to and from Palestine at a time when they were highly oppressed in Europe in general and Eastern Europe in particular. This is the beginning of the catastrophe and the root of the Jewish-Muslim conflict in Palestine. Especially after the State of Israel, chaired by Theodor Herzl, became a major component of the plan to establish the State of Israel (Berdine, 2019).
