Pasar Rebo Terminal, East Jakarta (05/11/23) - Jakarta is the most metropolitan in the world with congestion problems. Transportation mobilizes people to people and grows the economy over time. "I have been here when I was young sell fruits and also receive orders the parcel, parties, and also for importance office guests," Said Yati a fruits seller that has been selling fruits at Pasar Rebo terminal after I was interviewed.

According to her, this terminal has so many journeys and stories because from her parent until now, she has continued this business to get money for her family especially her children too.

I found the ticket agent (Gunung Harta), Dika. He told me since 1980. His father and a lot of his family work and make a living around Pasar Rebo terminal, his cousin, uncle, aunt, and child live in Pasar Rebo terminal. As a janitor, parking guidance, snack sales (pedagang asongan), and motorcycle rider (tukang ojek).

 "Yaah, life is simple like this, the important thing is a halal fortune to eat for children and wife" he added.

He also reminds me to approach Allah SWT and don't forget to try and pray because every single day that go through is a blessing from the almighty.

The two statements of the residents above, really represent how life and busyness are. people who depend on a place called Pasar Rebo Terminal. So from this point of view, we can see how the meaning of life around the Pasar Rebo terminal gives them hope to continue making money to live their lives.

It is not surprising that the Pasar Rebo terminal is the point where the wheel of the Jakarta economy continues to run.
