Youth Today X Join AIESEC: "Youth Leadership Unleashed" Inspiring Youth for Sustainable Growth

Jakarta, 14 September 2024 -- AIESEC in Trisakti proudly held its annual event, Youth Today X Join AIESEC, under the theme "Youth Leadership Unleashed: Empowering for a Sustainable Growth with AIESEC". This seminar aimed to introduce AIESEC further to prospective members while equipping young people with essential leadership insights and skills necessary for sustainable growth in today's critical era. Held at Gedung D FTKE, Universitas Trisakti, the event saw enthusiastic participation from all 2024 Join AIESEC applicants.

The seminar, centered around the topic "Empowering Young Leaders to a Sustainable Growth in this Critical Era", focused on empowering youth to become leaders capable of driving positive and sustainable changes in a challenging world. The event featured three keynote speakers, each with rich experience in leadership and personal development: Ilone Shantia Gultom -- Local Committee President AIESEC in Trisakti 24.25, shared how AIESEC can serve as a platform for youth to develop their leadership potential and actively contribute to global issues. 

Fasya Maulida -- Local Committee Vice President Team Management 24.25, who emphasized the importance of building a strong, purpose-driven team to achieve sustainable growth. Azi Amarul -- Alumni Member Committee President, who offered profound insights on how AIESEC has shaped his personal journey, and how to lead with social responsibility in facing the critical challenges of our time.

A highlight of the event was the interactive Vision Board session themed "Person I Wanna Be", where participants were encouraged to visualize the best versions of themselves for the future. This session aimed to help attendees craft their personal leadership plans, set life goals, and identify the roles they wish to take on in fostering sustainable growth, both individually and globally.

As a mandatory event for all 2024 Join AIESEC applicants, this seminar not only served as a platform for expanding their knowledge of AIESEC and its global leadership development programs, but also as an opportunity to network with fellow applicants and AIESEC alumni. Participants left with a deeper understanding of how to become adaptive, innovative, and sustainable leaders for the future.
