Every rule is made for preventing a past bad deed repeated by others. There are much kind of rules that we knew but we do not realize or we knew but we do not want to realize. As a human being we live inthis earth which has served us the best with its free oxygen to breathe and freedom to choose our belief . In every belief we keep in, of course we need to understand the basic rule and try to apply it. Not only claiming as its adherent but also we need to train ourselves so that we can be the example for others.
Being care is not only by doing a charity program or society service. It can be started by caring ourselves. We can help ourselves first then help others. One of the exact examples is by education. Having much experiences and knowledges would change someone’s life. If we said we do really care with others so start caring our own duty.
Caring ourselves is easy but sometimes hard to do. For some reasons and conditions many people still have a blurry opinion about what should they do and do not do. For example, in Islam a woman has to wear jilbab as her identity and also her shelter.
"O Prophet! Tell your wives, and your daughters, and the women of the believers, to lengthen their garments. That is more proper, so they will be recognized and not harassed. God is Forgiving and Merciful." (QS. Al-Ahzab: 59). http://www.clearquran.com/033.html, accesed August 17th 2014, 14:26pm.
In fact, there are thousands of women who still do not obey this valuable message that has been spread in every media. Most of them has the same classic reason.
Whereas they might be knew this statement below.
“It is not for any believer, man or woman, when God and His Messenger have decided a matter, to have liberty of choice in their decision. Whoever disobeys God and His Messenger has gone far astray.” (QS. Al-Ahzab: 36). http://www.clearquran.com/033.html, accesed August 17th 2014, 14:26pm. Well, it has firmly said that jilbab is a must not a choice actually.
Ironically i found a case that just happened in this month in university life. It is a reality that might make you feel gloomy where moeslem women is more respecting their senior’s rule than their God’s one. It is clearly written on the rule list that posted by the senior, “...every moeslem women must put their jilbab on during the orientation days.” and all of them did this condition. If i can say, where is their faith to their religion? Is that only in those days they will respect their God’s rule? .
Through that case we can observe that there are still many people who do not care about their own selves. They do not think what people’s view, especiallyfor non-moeslem. It is obviously seen that they do not care about their-selves. By knowing this event let us see ourselves first in order to caring others next time.
